Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation message or email with tracking details.

We currently ship to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through reliable courier partners such as Leopards, TCS, and Call Courier.

While we do our best to deliver on time, unexpected courier delays, weather issues, or regional restrictions may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

🏠 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your parcel’s journey.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide for your convenience.
Please ensure the total amount is ready at the time of delivery.
🔁 Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch and processed slightly faster than COD orders.
You can pay securely through debit/credit card, bank transfer, or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
📦 Order Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so our team can assist immediately.
📍 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Heavenly is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
🕊️ International Shipping
At the moment, we only deliver within Pakistan.
